Wade Turner
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Wade brings over 15 years' experience in business leadership, management, development, operations and strategic planning. Wade is a Marine Corps Infantry Combat Veteran, Former Firefighter, and has led two non-profit organizations for both veterans and first responders.
Nate Roberts
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Nate brings 20+ years of experience in commercial roofing and PEMB design/build experience to Practical Metals.His technical knowledge combined with his experience in the field gives him a nuanced perspective with which he serves his clients. He is also a proud Marine Corps Veteran with 8 years of service.
Chance Roberts
Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer
Chance decided he was done playing college baseball in 2020 when COVID engulfed the country. He decided to dive headfirst into the world of pre-engineered metal buildings. After a few years, he has quickly become known to his clients as an integral part of their estimating and design team while specializing in large warehouses and other intricate buildings with technical savvy and vast understanding of engineering requirements.
Brandi Howell
Chief Financial Officer
Brandi is a graduate of Tarleton State University with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. As a member of the Practical Building Systems LLC team, she finds great satisfaction in working alongside friends and contributing to the growth of this exceptional company.
Mindi Roberts
Director of Administration
Mindi went to Tarleton State and studied psychology and criminal justice. Over the last 20 years she has worked in fields such as manufacturing, construction management, residential remodeling, and commercial construction as well as new home building and has been a licensed Texas Realtor for the last 8 years. With experience in office management and knowledge of construction processes she handles logistics, accounts payable, accounts receivable and all day-to day processes for the office.
